From andreacremer.com:This is Andrea Cremer's first book and it sounds wonderful (sorry I don't have many big describing words in my vocab)! I received the ARC copy of this a couple months ago and I still haven't read it. It's at the top of my list now though because I want to review it soon.
While other teenage girls daydream about boys, Calla Tor imagines ripping out her enemies’ throats. And she wouldn’t have it any other way. Calla was born a warrior and on her eighteenth-birthday she’ll become the alpha female of the next generation of Guardian wolves. But Calla’s predestined path veers off course the moment she saves the life of a wayward hiker, a boy her own age. This human boy’s secret will turn the young pack's world upside down and forever alter the outcome of the centuries-old Witches' War that surrounds them all.
What made me want to read this book? The cover! It is so beautiful (there's that small vocab again...) and as cheesy as it sounds, it looks even prettier in real life. Check back for a review soon! Note: It's the first in a series!
