From goodreads.com:I had no idea what to expect from this book. There were a few things going around about it and it received good reviews, so that is why I decided to give it a try.

...more She doesn't see dead people, but…She senses when someone near her is about to die. And when that happens, a force beyond her control compels her to scream bloody murder. Literally.
Kaylee just wants to enjoy having caught the attention of the hottest guy in school. But a normal date is hard to come by when Nash seems to know more about her need to scream than she does. And when classmates start dropping dead for no apparent reason, only Kaylee knows who'll be next…
You start off with Kaylee and soon Nash appears in the picture. It seemed a bit odd that he would fall for her right away. As you continue on you find yourself wondering what is really going on. The book will capture your attention and you won't realize it until you have to put the book down. Kaylee has to find out what is happening to her classmates and you'll soon find yourself getting into the mystery too.
The characters are different and play off each other nicely. I don't think they are extremely unique, but they work for this book. I didn't have a favorite character in this book though because you don't find too much detail or information of their lives.
Overall it was a fun and interesting read. I will continue on with the series and hopefully the characters will be more developed.
